When will orders be processed?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days for items in stock plus transport time which
depends on the distance. For items that are out of stock estimated shipping time would be 7-10
business days plus the transport time which depends on the distance. Orders are not
processed on weekends or holidays.
When do you ship?
At this time, we ship Canada wide.
What is the shipping method and its cost?
We ship orders with Canada Post. Shipping is calculated and displayed at check out. You will
then have different options to choose from for your shipping method. For orders under $75.00,
we ship for a flat rate fee of $10.00 Canada wide. For orders $75.00 and over, we provide FREE
SHIPPING Canada wide.
Do you offer pick up or local delivery?
We currently do not offer pick up, but we offer FREE DELIVERY within the city and County of
Grande Prairie.
Where are your products from?
Ingredients of my candles are supplied by U.S. & Canadian suppliers and my candles are made
by me in Grande Prairie, Alberta with the highest of care.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that the candle has
not been used and is in the same condition that you received it in. The buyer is responsible for
all shipping costs. However, in the event that the item arrives defective, damaged or you
receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately or send us a message using the Contact
Us form or send an email to inquiry@gemscrystalmoonlit.com so that we can evaluate the issue
and make it right.
Why should I burn the candle for only 4 hours?
For safety reasons, and to extend your candle life, you should only burn your candle for a
maximum of 4 hours at a time. Because if you burn your candle for more than 4 hours in one
sitting, you might run the risk of your flame to become very large and unstable.
Are your candles clean burning?
I am using the highest quality 100% all natural and luxurious soy wax which produces little to no
soot. Hand poured in Canada and blend together to offer you a good clean burning candle. The
wood wick is made from American cherry wood which is known for its soft qualities that also
burn clean as long as they are trimmed before each use. The cotton wicks are natural fiber lead-
free which delivers the best and cleaner burn for each fragrance with minimal soot.
