What are your policies on returns and exchanges?

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that the candle has not been used and is in the same condition that you received it in. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. However, in the event that the item arrives defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately or send us a message using the Contact Us form or send an email to inquiry@gemscrystalmoonlit.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
